You may request a refund for coaching services within 48 hours following the first or only coaching session of a package.
Any refund requests are made directly to the coach, who shall work in good faith to resolve the request.
If the coach does not address the request within 48 hours of the first or only coaching session, you may submit the refund request to Gallup.
Please note that Gallup limits its consideration of such requests to objective matters, such as whether the coaching services occurred as scheduled.
Should Gallup approve such a request, you will receive your refund within seven (7) business days.
Gallup has no obligation to resolve any disputes, and all Gallup Exchange users release Gallup from any claims, demands and damages arising from disputes with other users.
