To check the status of your payments, simply move your cursor over Clients at the top of your homepage and select Payments. A payment line item appears on coaching packages for which Gallup has made a payment. Please note that Gallup will make a single, aggregate payment for coaching packages completed within a monthly payment period. Also, funds may take three to five business days to appear in your back account, depending on your bank.
